Director
Frank van Gool is a Dutch entrepreneur with a portfolio of successful national and international businesses.
In 2000, he founded OTTO Work Force, which grew into Europe’s largest international staffing organization, employing over 25,000 people across the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. In 2018, he sold the company to the publicly listed Outsourcing Inc. Following the transaction, he became a Board Member of Outsourcing Inc. in Tokyo, a position he held for over two years. After 25 years of leadership, he stepped down from OTTO Work Force in 2025.
In 2018, he further expanded his entrepreneurial activities with the founding of KaFra Housing, providing innovative and high-quality temporary housing solutions for, among others, international workers. Through this initiative, he contributed significantly to improving living conditions and promoting sustainable labor mobility across Europe.
That same year, he launched the Legends Lounge at the Philips Stadium — an exclusive hospitality concept bringing together prominent guests from sports, media, politics, and business in a refined and discreet setting.
In 2020, Frank entered the aviation sector with KIMI Aviation, a private jet company focused on efficient, comfortable, and personalized air travel for business clients.
Driven by his passion for wine, Frank founded Vino de Franciscus, an exclusive wine enterprise where craftsmanship, authenticity, and personality converge. Its carefully curated collection features rare vintages and distinctive new discoveries, offering a refined and personal wine experience.
