Olivia 'Liv' Woodhouse embarked on her illustrious journey in the hospitality industry at the tender age of 17, where she cut her teeth working in a variety of roles, from hotels and restaurants to pleasure boats. It quickly became evident that Liv's innate organisational skills were tailor-made for the fast-paced world of events, propelling her to the forefront of the industry. 

Her career reached new heights with the iconic launch of the St Pancras Renaissance hotel, where Liv played a pivotal role in the events team. Under her guidance, the team orchestrated a multitude of high-profile events. 

In 2015, Liv delved deeper into the realm of luxury events, joining Caprice Holdings to spearhead their Private Events Team across nine esteemed restaurants. Her leadership skills and keen eye for detail soon earned her the title of Group Event Director, overseeing private events across Caprice Holdings & The Birley Clubs. This included some of London's most distinguished venues such as Annabel’s, Harry’s Bar, The Ivy, and Scott’s.

Throughout her career, Liv has been at the helm of countless prestigious events for esteemed clients including LVMH, Dolce & Gabbana, Drake, Centurion, Netflix and Chopard. Known for her dynamic personality and unwavering commitment to excellence, Liv is recognised among her peers, friends, and clients for her fun-loving spirit, resilience, and no-nonsense attitude, consistently exceeding expectations on every project.

In addition to her role with Liquid Icons, Liv co-owns an Event & Brand Agency, HOUSE, where she extends her expertise to consulting for some of London's most prominent restaurants, venues, and members’ clubs as well as producing unique events for key clients, further solidifying her reputation as a powerhouse in the industry.
