Sefton Woodhouse
Golden Vines® Artist & Talent Ambassador
Sefton joined the music industry in 1998 as Artist Relations Assistant at EMI Music. Over the next 15 years he progressed to Vice President of Event Management and Artist Relations, where he and his team were responsible for every event across this UK music company; from launch parties to artist dinners, awards shows, artist concerts, album showcases, film screenings, listening parties and much more.
Sefton’s enviable client list includes Katy Perry to Kylie, Radiohead to Robbie Williams, Beastie Boys to Blur, to name a few. Sefton was fortunate to witness Coldplay’s phenomenal growth from their signing and performing at 100 person capacity back rooms, to selling-out stadiums and arenas globally and becoming the biggest band in the world.
When EMI was sold in 2013, Sefton took the opportunity to start something new and he set-up HOUSE; a music focused event and project management company. During this period, Sefton consulted for charities such as Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy (BRIT Awards Performance Approvals), The International Rescue Committee (Star Boot Sales 1 & 2) and Hope & Homes For Children (End The Silence campaign).
After a shock discovery in 2017, Sefton required emergency heart surgery. It was this pivotal moment that drove Sefton to focus his attention on his wellbeing which culminated in acquiring a diploma in nutritional therapy. Sefton also holds diplomas in business & finance, music management and a degree in event management (BA Hons).
From 2020, HOUSE was reimagined and is now co-owned and directed by Olivia Woodhouse, Sefton’s wife. Liv runs the luxury events side with Sefton managing artist/music industry relations alongside his focus on nutritional engineering and lifestyle management for creative athlete clients in the music industry.
