Stefano made the move to London from Italy in 2009, immersing himself in the hospitality industry ever since, with a keen focus on bars and spirits. His professional journey has taken him through a plethora of esteemed establishments in central London, including the prestigious Radio Rooftop Bar at the ME London Hotel, Novikov Restaurant, Chiltern Firehouse Hotel, and a noteworthy tenure of 5 and a half years at the renowned Annabel’s Private Members Club in Berkeley Square. Here, Stefano assumed the role of Head of Spirits, overseeing an extensive selection of spirits boasting close to 1800 labels, among which were over 450 whiskies and 650 agave spirits. His responsibilities included curating tailored whisky tastings for members and orchestrating bespoke Annabel’s private bottlings.
Beyond his roles within established venues, Stefano extends his expertise to private clients as a consultant and project manager in the luxury whisky market, where his discerning palate and industry insights elevate the experiences of connoisseurs.
Currently, Stefano holds the position of General Manager for a Dubai-based Hospitality Company, spearheading operations for their latest venture, Luum Bar, set to grace the upscale district of Belgravia.
