The Experience
A visit to BOND winery for up to 8 guests, featuring a tasting of wines still in cask, as well as a complete horizontal of a selected library vintage, hosted by winemaker Cory Empting.
The Estate / Distillery
When H. William Harlan first arrived in Napa Valley more than 40 years ago, he set out to explore the fullest potential of the region’s land. After making wine from over 100 different vineyards, Mr. Harlan and the winegrowing team identified a few that proved themselves above the rest. These sites furnished the inspiration for BOND.
Formally established in 1996, BOND embodies a shared vision to create a small portfolio of wines ‘Grand Cru’ in quality, all under the aegis of one philosophy, one team, and one mark. The intention was—and the commitment continues to be—to highlight the exceptional diversity of Napa Valley through the expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. BOND became the family and team’s covenant and commitment to produce only the finest expressions of the land. Over the years, they have slowly and deliberately stayed the course and have introduced—one by one—five distinct wines, each capturing their respective, singular expression of the five vineyard sites.
