Organic and biodynamic farming because microbial life matters, because terroir with no filter matters.Millions of years have shaped the hill of Corton, and 13 centuries ago, the Emperor Charlemagne planted vines where we are. We are mostly here to preserve this land until we pass it on to the next humans. We try to make great wines as well, worthy of this unique patchwork.
