VIP tour of the winery by the expert hospitality team and a sought-after Vineyard Designate tasting & lunch experience for six people at the estate, diving into the heart of the winery's flagship Katherine Lindsay Estate Vineyard and exploring the land responsible for Paul Hobbs' signature wines. Then, enjoy an in-depth seated tasting of six highly limited Vineyard Designate Collection wines with seasonally inspired culinary pairings. Hosted by Paul Hobbs or the award winning hospitality team. Guests will also get a chance to taste two vintages of HOBBS, the members-only flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon representing the pinnacle of Paul Hobbs quality.
The Estate / Distillery
Inspired by his upbringing on a family farm, pioneering winemaker Paul Hobbs established his namesake winery in 1991 after working with some of the world’s greatest vintners. From establishing his Katherine Lindsay Estate in 1998 to commissioning renowned architect Howard Backen, Paul has always been relentless in his pursuit of excellence. Today, Paul Hobbs Winery embodies his belief that meticulous care in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar yield world-class, site-specific wines. Over many years starting projects such as Opus One, consulting on the biggest names in California such as Peter Michael and achieving 100-point scores, Paul has become renowned for his ability to identify and cultivate both new and historic vineyards—a skill he attributes to his agrarian upbringing. Combining an innovative approach with precise attention to detail, Paul continues to lead the farming and winemaking initiatives at Paul Hobbs Winery today.
