On Thursday 19 March 2026, Golden Vines presented The Pursuit of Precision at the Legends Lounge in PSV Eindhoven’s Philips Stadion, a chapter in its Legends of Wine series devoted to estates that treat excellence as a discipline rather than a slogan. Suspended above the pitch in a hospitality space that feels closer to a private club than a conventional skybox, guests were welcomed into an atmosphere of soft lighting, tailored service and quietly serious wine conversation.

The line‑up brought together three houses that have become bywords for meticulous craftsmanship: Rare Champagne, Szepsy and Biondi Santi. Over the course of the evening, guests tasted Rare Champagne 2008 and 2012 alongside Rare Champagne Rosé 2014, Szepsy Úrágya Tokaji Furmint 2017 and 2022, Szepsy Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos 2011, and Biondi Santi Brunello di Montalcino 2020 and Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2012, each poured to show its full precision, texture and ageing potential.

Crucially, the wines were not only poured but personally introduced by Maud Rabin of Rare Champagne, István Szepsy Jr. and Biondi Santi CEO Giampiero Bertolini, turning the tasting into a dialogue between producers, collectors and key partners rather than a one‑way presentation.
