The 2025 Golden Vines® Online Auction was open from 09.00am EDT, Monday, 20 October 2025 to 23.59pm EST Sunday, 9 November 2025 for all fine wine lovers globally, and raised over USD 1.4 million.

The 2026 Golden Vines Online Auction will run from or after 09.00am EST, Monday, 19 October 2026 to 23.59pm EST Sunday, 8 November 2026.

All of the auction lots include principally large formats of the Grands Vins coming directly from the cellars of the most highly-regarded fine wine estates in the Northern & Southern Hemisphere, together with a ‘money can’t buy’ experience. The experiential element will typically include a private tour, tasting, and fine wine lunch or dinner with the owners and/or head winemaker of the estate for between 6 to 10 people. In some instances, it will also include a stay at the estate where they can accommodate guests.

Although many fine wine lovers and collectors can afford to buy the very best fine wines – although not always with impeccable provenance – it is impossible to buy an experience of being hosted by the owner and/or head winemaker at the estate itself.

Just as with prior years, The 2025 Golden Vines® Auction raised over USD 1.4 million for the benefit of the Gérard Basset Foundation. Set up to honour and further the legacy of Gérard Basset OBE MS MW, The Gérard Basset Foundation since their founding have raised $5 million and directly impacted nearly 1,600 beneficiaries in more than 30 countries globally. The Foundation funds education, training and mentorship programmes globally within the wine, spirit and hospitality industries which focus upon improving inclusion and opening these industries up to passionate and talented individuals, whatever their background or circumstances.
