As those who attend regularly, the Golden Vines® are so much more than the awards and Gala dinners. In fact, they are about so much more than just our incredible wines. Our audience share a wide range of interests and passions, and we do our best to cater to them. We bring the very best in the world together across the worlds of wine, art, sport, fashion and culture to curate unforgettable experiences for our guests, from world famous brands to money-can’t buy opportunities to get up close and personal with some of the most respected winemakers and producers in their field. 2025 is no exception, and our team has worked tirelessly to provide attendees with a luxurious selection of unique and exclusive adventures over the course of the weekend.

Here are just some of the incredible experiences available to attendees:

Cartier Watch Experience 

Rolls Royce Experience, sponsored by Pearl of Burgundy

A must for motoring enthusiasts. The Basque region is home to the world’s largest collection of Rolls-Royce cars, as well as a veritable constellation of Michelin-starred restaurants. Guests will be collected at 10:30am by chauffeur and driven to a private jet, which will carry them to Bilbao’s renowned three Michelin starred Asador Etxebarri, where they will enjoy a private lunch and tasting, joined by vignerons and producers of some of the world’s very best Burgundies Jean-Yves Bizot of Domaine Bizot and Jean-Marrie Fourrier of Domaine Fourrier. You will then enjoy a private tour of the Rolls-Royce collection, which exclusive access to areas not usually accessible to the public, before being chauffeured back to a private jet to make the return to Madrid.

Lunch at Vega Sicilia

Vega Sicilia is among Spain’s most prestigious wine estates, located in the beautiful Ribera del Duero. Guests will be picked up by helicopter at 11:30am before making their way to the vineyard, where they will enjoy a tour, tasting and VIP lunch at Vega Sicilia’s restaurant, joined by the producers. At 16:30, with appetites satiated, a helicopter will whisk guests back to Madrid to spend the evening soaking up the city.

Salon & Delamotte Luxury Watch Experience with Cartier

Cartier is the "jeweller of kings and the king of jewellers," so declared Edward VII – and it’s an epithet that has endured. Supplying ineffably luxurious treasures since 1847, the Parisian diamond specialist is the pinnacle of elegance. Already proving to be one of our most sought after experiences, guests can enjoy a luxury watch and champagne lunch experience with Salon & Delamotte and Cartier, joined by Didier Dupond, CEO of Salon and Nicolas Helly from Cartier. Guests will visit Cartier’s flagship store in Serrano, Madrid for a private viewing in the building’s beautiful seventh floor space where they will be presented with the latest pieces - some yet unreleased - paired with outstanding Champagnes from Salon & Delamotte, matched to each piece by colour, hue and intensity.

The Italian Vigneron

The 2024 Golden Vines® Italian Vigneron La Paulée. In the great tradition of the celebration of the harvest, guests will be invited to each bring two bottles that mean something special to them, whether it’s a sentimental connection or just a particular favourite, and come together to enjoy a special moment of sharing and generosity with fellow wine lovers.

A very special experience for the real wine geeks among us, and the chance to sample some incredible sought after and rare vintages from fellow guests’ private collections..

The Abadia Retuerta Overnight Experience 

Abadia Retuerta is one of Spain’s most sumptuous vineyard hotels, and a stay there is guaranteed to be a luxurious one. Set on a 700-hectare estate in Sardón de Duero, just a few hours from Madrid, the late-Romanesque and Gothic style monastery was once the national headquarters of the Premonstratensian Order and has been declared an official Site of Cultural Interest. Now, its chapel, cloisters, chapter house, refectory, and stables house a five-star hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant and winery. After a leisurely start guests will arrive shortly after noon for lunch at Refectorio, followed by relaxing massages at the hotel spa, followed by dinner at Vinoteca before they retire for a night in one of Abadia Retuerta’s beautifully appointed rooms.

The next day guests will wake refreshed for breakfast, followed by a tour of the winery and private tasting, returning to Madrid around lunchtime.

Gucci

Rare Champagne & Caviar Experience 

GASTROunika Caviar delivers one of the absolute finest and rarest caviar selections to a wide range of top restaurants worldwide. Their caviar is produced and selected at two beautiful sustainable farms in Europe – where the sturgeons live in a lake in the mountains (Caviar Elegance) and pools of spring water in the forest (Royal Belgian Caviar). The caviar for GASTROunika is specially selected by hand and each type of caviar can be traced back to the actual fish that it comes from – all in cooperation with CITES (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species).

Guests will enjoy a private tasting at Madrid’s Michelin starred A’Barra, served alongside rare and highly sought after vintages, joined by Martin Richard (Rare) and Lasse Angus (Gastrounika).

Gucci Private Shopping Experience with Taylor’s Port and Camus Caognac

A must for lovers of haute couture, Gucci is one of the world’s leading luxury brands and a proud sponsor of The Golden Vines®. Following the House’s centenary, Gucci forges ahead continuing to redefine luxury while celebrating creativity, Italian craftsmanship, and innovation.This semi-private shopping experience is a chance for guests to visit the flagship store in Serrano, Madrid where they will have a chance to view and shop the atelier’s latest collection, before being whisked to a Michelin-starred restaurant for a leisurely lunch.

The Dalmore x Maison Camus Cognac and Cigar Experience

Taking place late afternoon to early evening, guests will enjoy a rare cognac and whisky experience with Dalmore and Maison Camus at Pasion Habanos Club Privado, presented alongside some of the very best cigars, introduced by the Golden Vines own cigar expert Syafiera Rossidi, who will also be joined by John Barclay, Private Client Director for Dalmore and former international rugby player. This will be a chance to sample fine cigars and four different whiskeys including Dalmore Cask Curation Edition 2 and the Dalmore 40-year-old from the cask.

Maison Camus Cognac
