THE EXPERIENCE
A visit to Felton Road hosted by winemaker, Blair Walter, for up to 4 guests. The auction winner and guests will be invited to “Raid the Library” and select any wine of their choice to taste.
THE ESTATE
Felton Road is a small, artisan producer of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Established in 1991, and investing heavily in meticulous biodynamic viticultural practices (Demeter and BioGro certified), Felton Road has quickly gained a global reputation as one of New Zealand’s leading premium wine producers. The four estate vineyards are all located in Central Otago’s Bannockburn sub-region. The winemaking maintains an emphasis on natural winemaking in a gravity flow winery: practices such as whole cluster, wild yeasts, and an absence of fining and filtration are hallmarks of Felton Road’s wines. Felton Road is delighted to offer two lots for auction: Lot 1 – 1 x 2019 Felton Road Pinot Noir Block 3 JEROBOAM and Lot 2 – 1 x 2019 Felton Road Pinot Noir Block 5 JEROBOAM.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To be taken up within 6 months of the completion of the auction. Travel expenses to the winery are at the auction winner’s cost.
