It includes a VIP tour, fine wine tasting, dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant, fine wine dinner at Sogrape facilities hosted by Luis Sottomayor and Fernando da Cunha Guedes, estate owner, with a 2-night stay in Porto / Douro, for 6 guests.

The Estate

In 1952, when Casa Ferreirinha embarked on the journey along the winding and barely accessible Douro Superior, few believed it was possible to create an outstanding still red wine in the Douro region. 72 years later, Casa Ferreirinha is delivering the Douro terroir experience around the world. Its pinnacle, Barca-Velha, has only had 21 releases since 1952, showcasing the very best of the art of blending native varietals, differing attitudes and old vines. The mastery of winegrowing and winemaking has been passed over only three winemakers in all its history and remains ever more creative as in 1952 with microzoning, protection of long-forgotten varietals and use of technology for lower intervention and true Douro terroir expression.
