The Experience
VIP winery and vineyards tour in the heart of the Gredos mountains, and lunch at the winery hosted by Daniel Landi and Fernando García for 6 guests.
The Estate
The lives of Daniel Landi (Madrid, 1977), a philosopher and family winegrower, and Fernando García (Madrid, 1978), an agronomist and mountaineer, came across while studying oenology at university. A friendship was born there through bottles, music, shared trips and a deep love for the vineyard and nature.
With a Burgundian philosophy, shortly after they founded Comando G (Gredos, Granite, Grenache) and began to search for vineyards throughout the Sierra de Gredos, making their wines always with respect for the place.
Currently, they work 13 hectares on granite and 3 hectares on slate, thus offering a complete photo of the different soils and landscapes of Gredos. Discoverers of forgotten areas of the Sierra and main promoters of the region, the resurgence of Gredos cannot be understood without Comando G.
Farmers, artisans, of small productions, focused on the vineyard and with precise elaborations, in a short time Comando G has become a cult winery, whose bottles are sought after in all markets and are considered one of the finest expressions of the Grenache in the world.
Since 2014 they have collaborated with Javier Alen in Ribeiro, where they cultivate 2 hectares of property.
