Exclusive Gusbourne Experience: Collection of three Magnums (1.5L): Blanc de Blancs 2014, Blanc de Blancs 2015 and Blanc de Blancs 2016, all from our library cellar and signed by Head Winemaker, Mary Bridges; plus VIP tour of Gusbourne’s picturesque estate in Kent, including a special tasting of rare and library wines. The Experience
Exclusive Gusbourne Experience: A VIP tour of Gusbourne’s picturesque estate in Kent, including a special tasting of rare and library wines. Your tasting will be followed by a four-course lunch, where you’ll enjoy a menu created to showcase the finest local, seasonal ingredients - accompanied by a hand-picked selection of Gusbourne wines. This experience is for 10 guests and will be hosted by Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier.
The Estate / Distillery
Gusbourne planted their first vines in 2004 with a single-minded vision: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. Today – two decades on – they’re still driven by that same ambition.
It’s why they’re detail-focused and quality obsessed, working in a way that embraces tradition but challenges convention. It’s why they’re unwavering in what makes them special – crafting vintage-only wines from estate-grown, hand-harvested sustainably-certified grapes.
Gusbourne makes wines which express their unique Kent and Sussex terroirs. Each bottle captures a vintage – a reflection of time and place. They release their wines only once they’ve been aged to perfection and are ready to be enjoyed.
Terms & Conditions
The experience should be taken up by December 2025 and does not include accommodation and we kindly ask the winner to make their own way to/from the estate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the Donor of this Auction Lot indicated they will offer an additional Auction Lot to the underbidder. The auctioneers have determined that any underbidder within 10% of the Winning Bidder’s bid shall automatically purchase the additional Auction Lot. (Should you not wish to be included, ensure that your bid is more than 10% below the current Winning Bid price.) For underbidders who more than 10% below the Winning Bidder’s bid, the Auctioneer shall ask the Donor if they are willing to provide an additional lot at this price, and, if so, shall then ask the underbidder if they are willing to purchase the additional Auction Lot.
